The Holopuni International Sailing Canoe Association (HISCA) was founded in 2018 to federate and harmonize various Holopuni sailing canoe associations around the world. HISCA sets the class rules for regattas and world championships, as well as sanctioning Holopuni World Championships. HISCA, a non-profit 501(c)(3), is not a business or commercial entity, but was formed specifically to govern all the various international Holopuni groups, whether commercial or non-profit.
